Meet Josselyn, the newest recipient of CFH’s downpayment assistance program. The mother of two boys, Josselyn qualified for an Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) through a Loudoun County Housing & Community Development program. While homeownership was now within reach, the downpayment was a significant hurdle that CFH was able to help her navigate.
