Lawrence, a man with disabilities, had never had an opportunity to own a home. He came to CFH and asked if there was a possibility that he could pursue homeownership through one of our programs. CFH staff worked with him to ensure that he understood the responsibilities and nuances of purchasing, financing and maintaining a home. We walked him through the application process and provided support all the way through to settlement. Lawrence now owns an affordable home that is near his doctors.
Catholics for Housing has several options to assist people who are ready to become home owners. CFH can provide guidance as you select a home and information to help you determine if you are ready to realize the American Dream.
CFH acquires and rehabs properties that are then re-sold to eligible buyers. CFH has several programs to help the first-time homebuyer.
Each program has different incentives and eligibility requirements. Please call (703-221-4510) for more information or email (email@example.com).
