Homeownership Solutions

Lawrence, a man with disabilities, had never had an opportunity to own a home. He came to CFH and asked if there was a possibility that he could pursue homeownership through one of our programs. CFH staff worked with him to ensure that he understood the responsibilities and nuances of purchasing, financing and maintaining a home. We walked him through the application process and provided support all the way through to settlement. Lawrence now owns an affordable home that is near his doctors.
