Program Manager Dianne Anderson, who oversees the Dr. Melanie Rochon Bush Senior Emergency Assistance Program, has a keen understanding of the day-to-day needs of seniors on fixed incomes in Northern Virginia. She welcomes opportunities to share a free class titled “Living on Social Security in this Economy” at local communities, such as Kendrick Court Apartments in Herndon.
