Live Run/Walk:  October 4, 2026, 9:30 am at Occoquan Regional Park

Virtual Run/Walk:  October 4-18 at the location of your choosing

This event benefits CFH, which has been Creating Foundations for Hope since 1979. Spend a morning in a beautiful park and support a respected regional nonprofit’s four-decade mission to provide sustainable affordable housing and other programs that help set individuals and families on a path of self-sufficiency.  CFH provides downpayment and security deposit assistance, affordable rental housing, emergency help for seniors, and a food pantry from the mobile home park it rescued and manages in Manassas.
To benefit the food pantry, we ask that you please bring non-perishable food items with you on October 4.

Let’s Run – Let’s Walk – Let’s Give – For Affordable Housing!

All runners will receive a custom bib and commemorative race shirt. Packet pickup will begin Sunday, October 4, at Occoquan Regional Park starting at 8:00 am. Virtual packets will be mailed on or before October 2. Pricing includes all taxes and fees.

For the live event, awards will be given to the Overall Top 2 male and female finishers in the 18 & Over and 17 & under categories. For virtual participants, awards will be given to: Best Photo, Best Fundraiser and Most Social Media Posts.

4th Annual Cornhole Toss

You don’t have to register for the 5k to take part in our Cornhole Toss fundraiser on October 4. Just bring a $5 bill – or a $20 bill if you want 4 turns.

Each $5 turn lets you toss 4 bags – we’ll have gift card prizes and hopefully raise some additional funds in a way that’s fun for everyone.
