First-Time Homebuyer Opportunities

CFH has provided homes as well as down payment assistance and educational opportunities to help those who are working to realize the American dream.

CFH has turned several Northern Virginia homes into first-time home-buying opportunities, thanks to our having been one of four organizations statewide to be selected to participate in Virginia’s Acquire-Rehab-Sell program. Using grant funds from the Virginia DHCD, CFH updates and renovates the homes, preparing them for sale to first-time buyers. The proceeds go directly into our other charitable existing programs and help us develop additional programs to meet community needs.
